I’m currently single so I’m planning on making the chocolate fudge brownies just for myself! Maybe if I feel nice I’ll share some with my roommate and her boyfriend but that’s it! 😉
I’m not a huge Valentine’s Day fan but I love the 15th when all the chocolate is on sale!
I hope you have a lovely Valentine’s Day!

I’ve got my eye on that chocolate mousse pie and the Greek yogurt cheesecake. I’ll probably be celebrating Valentine’s Day with my family. We’ll have a nice dinner and exchange cards/gifts. And, of course, there will be chocolate. 😉

You should just leave out something made with tofu (like chocolate mousse) without telling “S” and maybe he’ll eat it and like it without realize there’s tofu! Haha

I love recipe round ups! Good thing it’s almost lunch time, because I’m so so so hungry now (eyes are on you, strawberry shortcake pancakes– why arent you in my lunch box!)
Reply
These all look SO good!!! I think S should make you a dessert for a change. It’d be interesting to see what he would come up with 😉
I have no plans for Valentine’s Day. As I cook pretty much every day of the week, I’d love to be treated to a meal for a change. We’ll see what M pulls out the bag 😉Reply

Hmm, I think my family and I will just be doing what we always do – have a quiet Valentines and just exchange a couple little gifts. I’m sure there will be chocolate (I sure bought some to give to them!). My mom or I might make the vegan chocolate cake (from an old DeliciousLiving Magazine that my mom has) that’s made with tofu . . . it’s absolutely, insanely good. The frosting’s made out of silken tofu and melted chocolate, but it literally tastes like fluffy mousse. *SWOON*

My plans are: take a long van ride to our new temporary home, which happens to be a church parking lot, and have a Valentine’s party with post-it note valentines and your double chocolate brownie cookies. 🙂

Yummmyy! Chocolate will definitely be on my menu for sure, and the deep dish pan is a big family favorite! I’m currently a single lady (but hey, I’m only 16, I got time! lol) so I’ll be with my family to exchange cards and things. It sounds like you’re going to have a lovely romantic valentine’s day, Katie!

Hubby and I started earlier in the week. We sent each other ecards every day. I got in my car one morning and he had placed a XOX heart on my rear view mirror and put a cute little red rubber duck covered in white hearts on my dashboard. He also surprised me one evening with homemade chocolate covered strawberries & pineapple. So yummy. We work opposite shifts, so one night I went to his work and put silicone heart stickers all over the inside of his car, left a strand of heart/i love you garland on his mirror along with a GIANT card. I also got him an engraved keychain and a few other cards. We don’t just celebrate one day a year. We do things all thru the year. But we make sure we do extra special things this day!!

PS. This is still Anna! I just have a new site now so it’s not The Guiltless Life anymore…in case there was any confusion!

The healthy hot chocolate looks an absolute delight. I thinks its time to treat my MRS with some home made goodies on valentines day. A candle light dinner with hot chocolate as dessert sounds a good idea to me. Any ideas what should i have for dinner which is healthy?
