What is the quest for Maluril in Skyrim? ›

Contract: Kill Maluril is a quest available in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The Dragonborn is tasked by Nazir to assassinate Maluril, a Dunmer residing in the Dwemer ruins of Mzinchaleft.

How to Join the Dark Brotherhood. To start this quest line, you need to speak with Aventus Aretino in Windhelm, or before you head to Windhelm you can go straight to Riften & to Honorhall Orphange & kill Grelod the Kind to see a different reaction from Aventus Aretino.
